Thank you for considering to commission me. If you do, please make a request only after fully reading and thinking about my T.O.S !GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE✦ I can refuse a request if I do not feel able to do it.
✦ Please understand that I also have a private life, sometimes my work on commissions can be slow. However, I will do my best to deliver the final product in within two months.
✦ I will NEVER leak personnal informations concerning my clients.
✦ I may stream the process on Twitch, unless you clearly ask me not to do it. No name will be given with the process, title will be "commission work" and I'll keep your identity secret while working. Unless you give me the right to tell my viewers who's character I draw.WHAT CAN I DRAW ?✦ I can draw : Feminin Characters
✦ Refused : Gore, NSFW, Full animals, Furries, IRL, Detailed backgrounds, Mecha, etcFeel free to ask if you're not sure !DELIVERY✦ I'll provide a full resolution and high quality work. If asked for, I can provide a transparent background version with characters only.
✦ For animation commissions, I will give every sizes needed for Twitch/OBS/Discord and all. Feel free to ask a special format.PAYMENT✦ Payment via Paypal only
✦ Payment is upfront for art work
✦ Payment can be splited for animation work
✦ Rush fee can be applied such as revision fees if it exceed 5 revisions.CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS✦ Clients have the full right to cancel their order before I start working on the drawing. They'll get a full refund of the drawing if so.
✦ If you want to cancel the commission while I already started, depending on the progression, you'll not be able to get a full refund.COPYRIGHTS & PERMISSIONS✦ As the artist, copyrights are mine. This means I can use the art made for you as showcases for my commissions and to promote my work.
✦ Commissions are mostly for personal uses (icon, banner, etc). Merchandising is prohibited (goodies, merch, etc). Commercial uses like promoting yourself with the art (schedules, posts, etc) are allowed, but I'd like you to tell me about it.
✦ If you want to make merch out of my work, a commercial fee will be applied depending on the type of merch or quantity you want to make.
✦ You MUST credit me if you post your commission on any social media. You can credit my Twitter, or even my Twitch channel.
✦ Do NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork.
✦ I don't want my art to be used for NFT or IA art.
